In just a few hours, the teams, attendees, judges and organisers will be arriving at the 2011 Nordic Barista Cup ‘Welcome to Copenhagen’ event to be introduced to each other, and briefed on what the rest of the week has in store.
With that in mind, a well-choreographed and organised team of helpers are quickly turning The Marble Hall in the Faculty of Life Sciences into the stage for this year’s Nordic Barista Cup. Espresso machines are being unpacked and plumbed in, David & Jay are testing microphones, and a heck of a lot of glasses are being polished — the space is starting to look really great!
