Dear coffee friends!The 3rd Nordic Barista Cup 2005 awaits you!! This year the venue is in the old Viking city of Oslo, Norway through the days from the 22nd to the 24th of September.
We wish all our coffee friends welcome to an eventful 3 day event with the Nordic Barista Cup, educational tracks, hands on training and fun activities (detailed program, see below.)
The Nordic Barista Cup has become the ultimate coffee battle between the national barista teams of Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Sweden and Norway. Their barista skills, team spirit and coffee knowledge will be tested in competitions running all 3 days. Finally on Saturday the 24th we will know which country has the best barista team.
The Nordic countries have proven over the years to be an arrowhead in the speciality coffee industry. This is the forum for educational and information exchange, where to mingle and naturally make new coffee friends. It is not only the national teams who are up for a challenge. As an attendee you will have the possibility to win a trip to Costa Rica or be a member of the jury evaluating the national teams performances! No event like this is without a surprise or two!!
