As a part of Jannie and Michael’s presentation on myth busting in sensory science, audience members were presented with this tasting kit.
Team Competition: Blind Olfactory Test
Teams were required to smell closed cups containing a variety of different foodstuffs, from smoked mackerel to sunflower oil, horseradish and top soil (not really a foodstuff, I suppose).
