ACTION: The Coffee Collective would like to invite the participants of the Nordic Barista Cup to a little warm-up in the afternoon.
From 14.00 to 16.00 we’ll be cupping, brewing and tasting Aeropress, V60 and espresso. We’ll have plenty of our own coffee available but please feel free to bring some of your own coffee and let everybody have a taste.

ACTION: Estate Coffee’s micro roaster will talk about how they through direct trade with the farmers work for high quality in the cup and a sustainable coffee market. Meet the roast master who will inaugurate you in some of the pitfalls and whimsys when roasting, and learn to brew the ultimate cup of coffee at home. Work on a professional espresso machine on which many world famous baristas has been trained and buy freshly roasted coffee to take home. Admission is 50 DKK, in the door and includes coffee to take home.

ESTATE COFFEE MEETS MEYERS BAKERY

ACTION: Start your day with a light and tasty Nordic breakfast at the Estate Coffee stand at Flæsketorvet. We have composed a delicious breakfast kit cooperation with Meyers Bakery that combines the fine aromas of the Costa Rican coffee with the juiciness and the rich taste from the bread. Free tastings from 12pm and for around an hour. The breakfast will also be available in Estate Coffeebar, Gammel Kongevej 1, from Tuesday the 23rd – 28th of august.
