Tim Wendelboe from Oslo, Norway won the Nordic Roaster competition held Saturday 19th of September in Reykjavík, Iceland.
The winning coffee was a washed single estate Tekangu from Nyeri, Kenya. The Tekangu was juicy and clean and had a winey structure with flavours of intense forest fruit, black currant and a warm winey acidity.
This is the second year in a row, that Tim Wendelboe winns the competition.
