The Nordic Roaster 2013 competition will be held during Nordic Barista Cup 2013 in Oslo. The competition is between 10 roasters from all over the World. Here are the competitors:

Menno got a university degree in law in 1997. He worked with trade of spices/seeds/nuts untill 1999, where after he raised an organic coffee department and brought the first organic certifiers to Ethiopia.
