The Nordic Roaster 2013 competition will be held during Nordic Barista Cup 2013 in Oslo. The competition is between 10 roasters from all over the World. Here are the competitors:

Five Elephant, Germany
Fika Fika, Taiwan
Tim Wendelboe, Norway
Manly Coffee, Japan
Social Coffee Company, Canada
Double Shot, Czech Republic
Solberg&Hansen, Norway
Amor Perfecto, Colombia
The roasters will roast coffees for ESPRESSO and FILTER. The 200 NBC attendees will be the judges and chose their favorite coffee. The coffee with the most votes wins.
