In order to get a popular vote for the best espresso from 10 different roasters, attendees and speakers at Nordic Barista Cup have just been 10 espressos each. That’s nearly 2,000 espressos served, from 10 machines, in twenty minutes.
Each attendee has voted for their favourite espresso, and written some notes on the back of their ballot card. The competition was a pretty impressive display of logistics and timing, indeed!
