At the far corner of the NBC venue sits Keith Collins keeping the wheels turning while everybody else enjoys the fruits of his labour. Keith Collins is director of technical services at Bunn, (he prefers the title of “Coffee Brewer”), and provides the coffee, the grinding and the hot water for all the different competitions NBC has to offer. All the coffee for breakfast, lunch and everything in between also comes from this remote corner of the room. As Keith says: “When at the NBC; If it’s not espresso it’s Bunn”.
