Program Day 2

Today the technical skills of the national baristas will be in focus.

The teams have one hour to install and calibrate a GB5 La Marzocco espresso machine and to adjust water pressure, temperature and then to make the optimal brewing of the coffee they roasted yesterday.

Later on there is a triangular cupping competition. Three cups of coffee will be presented for each team. Two of the cups are simular, and the teams have to point out the third cup.

At the end of the day the teams have practice time at the machines, so they can play for the competitions tomorrow, and get ready for the Jeopardy competition at 18.30. There are some important points to gather for the teams.
